Roles & Responsibilities
Manage Vendors, Negotiate & process order with Vendors
Prepare Invoice & followup payment with clients, get customer feedback post project completion
Handles expenses and billing cycles
Manages reception area and looks after visitors,
Answers phone calls and update them to relevant engineers,
Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
